          The subdivision is strategically located being adjacent to the existing and well-developed community. It is located at Barangay Alasas opposite Barangay Quebiawan and beside Barangay San Isidro of the City of San Fernando in Pampanga.

          It is only about 750 meter from Mac Arthur Hi-way and only about 5 kilometers from the City Proper. It has a relatively flat terrain with a natural creek at the eastern portion that will serve as its drainage out flow making the subdivision “100% Flood Free”.

          To commuters, it can be accessed through a Motorized Tricycle with terminal beside the San Isidro Elementary School at the Mac Arthur Hi-way.  If your in the mood or need some exercise, it is only a 15 minutes walk.

 Pag-Ibig Fund has launch a POP (Pag-Ibig Overseas Program) Program suitable for Overseas Filipino Workers whom we considered as our present day heroes.  Even new member can avail a housing loan by paying a lamp sum contribution of 24 months.   Members can now have a maximum term of thirty (30) years and a straight level monthly amortization scheme.  In addition, the interest rate has been reduced to 7% per annum on loans amounting to P500,000.00 to P750,000.00 and only 10.5% per annum for loans up to 2 million pesos.


            As afore-sited, Coneland Village II has a captured market from various government and private offices and establishments in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga because of its strategic location being within a five (5) kilometer radius from the city proper.
